Quality of Services Provided
Hair extension procedures are performed by qualified specialists using high-quality materials. Clients must notify the technician of any discomfort or issues that arise during the procedure, and report any concerns regarding the condition of their natural hair or the quality of the service within 21 days from the procedure date.

Natural Hair Shedding
Natural shedding of the extensions may occur during application, reinstallation, and while wearing the extensions. Our technicians are not responsible for this natural process.

Impact on Natural Hair
Hair extension procedures may affect the condition of the client’s natural hair. However, with proper care and timely maintenance, natural hair will remain healthy.

Hair Return
If a refund is requested, a partial refund for the cost of the hair may be provided only after the initial installation and within 30 days, provided that the hair is returned for evaluation. The technician who performed the procedure will assess the condition of the hair; if deemed satisfactory, a partial refund for the cost of the hair may be offered. This policy applies exclusively to hair purchased from Shhine Hair Extensions.

Refund for the Procedure
Refunds for the procedure itself are not provided. However, the technicians who performed the procedure are willing to offer support and propose possible solutions to any disputed issues, provided that the client contacts them in a timely manner.

Timely Maintenance
Requesting a reinstallation more than 3 months after the initial procedure may result in increased hair loss during removal and reapplication, as well as a more complex and time-consuming process. The client accepts the potential risks to their natural hair and assumes full responsibility for its condition.

Recommendation for Safe Hair Extensions
At Shhine Hair Extensions, we advocate for safe hair extension procedures. During the consultation, our specialists will provide recommendations on the optimal hair length and density that best suit the client’s natural hair structure to ensure long-term health. Should the client choose not to follow these recommendations, they assume full responsibility for the health and condition of their hair.

Privacy and Data Protection
Client personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s prior consent.
