If the appointment is canceled with a 24 hour
notice, the deposit is fully refunded.
OIn case of no notice and a no-attendance, the deposit is non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales of hair extensions are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for hair extensions once they have been purchased, installed, or used. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and hygiene of the extensions provided to all our clients.
If you experience any issues with your hair extensions, please contact us within 30 days to discuss potential solutions, such as adjustments or maintenance. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through professional service and support. However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
