Welcome to Shhine Hair Extensions. By booking an appointment or proceeding with any hair extension service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure transparency, client satisfaction, and the highest quality of service.

1. Quality of Service

All procedures are performed by qualified specialists using professional-grade materials.
If you experience any discomfort or concerns during your appointment, please notify your technician immediately.
Any issues regarding the quality of the service or the condition of your natural hair must be reported within 10 days of the appointment date. Concerns raised after this period may not be addressed.

Natural Shedding

Some natural shedding of hair extensions may occur during preparation, application, and daily wear. Up to 10 grams of shedding is considered normal and not a sign of poor service.
This is a natural process and is not the responsibility of the technician.

Effect on Natural Hair

While every care is taken to protect your natural hair, hair extension procedures may have an impact on its condition.
With proper care, use of recommended products, and timely maintenance, your natural hair can remain healthy.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the technician.

Hair Return and Exchange Policy

For hygiene and technical reasons, returns or exchanges of hair are not accepted once installed.
This applies to all hair, including that purchased directly from Shhine Hair Extensions.
Hair returns after installation will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Bond Retention

Losing up to 10% of bonds within 3 months is considered normal with proper care.
Based on Shhine Hair Extensions statistics, 99% of clients experience no more than 5–10 bonds lost during this time.
If greater bond loss occurs, please contact your technician promptly to review possible causes.
The technician is not responsible for excessive bond loss if proper aftercare instructions were not followed.

Refund Policy

Refunds for completed procedures are not provided.
If you have any concerns, please contact your technician within 10 days after the service — support or solutions may be offered at the technician’s discretion.
Late complaints or those related to improper aftercare will not be considered.

Maintenance Appointments

Reinstallation or maintenance should be scheduled within 3 months of the original procedure.
Returning after this period may lead to increased hair loss during removal and a more complex process.
Clients accept full responsibility for the condition of their hair if maintenance is delayed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Follow all aftercare and maintenance guidelines;
  • Attend maintenance appointments on time;
  • Use only recommended hair care products.
    Failure to comply with these recommendations may affect the results. The technician cannot be held responsible for any damage or unsatisfactory results caused by improper aftercare.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used solely for service-related purposes and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
All data is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and respect the time of all clients and staff.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Shhine Hair Extensions and its technicians are not liable for any allergic reactions, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from:
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions,
  • Use of non-recommended products,
  • Delayed maintenance appointments, or
  • Other external factors beyond the technician’s control.
