Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Safety for hair: Keratin is a protein naturally found in hair, making this method gentler and safer for hair structure compared to chemical glues or tape extensions.
  2. Invisibility: Keratin bonds are very small and thin, making them almost invisible when applied correctly. The hair looks natural and blends seamlessly with your own.
  3. Durability: Keratin extensions can last from 3 to 6 months with proper care, which is longer compared to other methods like tape extensions that usually require adjustments every 6-8 weeks.
  4. Heat resistance: Unlike other methods, keratin bonds are heat-resistant, so you can use hairdryers, flat irons, and other hot styling tools.
  5. Styling flexibility: Keratin extensions allow you to create any hairstyle, including high ponytails and complex styles, as the bonds are easy to hide in the hair.
  6. Suitable for all hair types: This method is versatile and works well for both fine and thick hair, providing secure attachment and comfortable wear. In conclusion, keratin hair extensions can be a more comfortable and safer option for those who want a long-lasting and natural result.

Yes, of course. If you are satisfied with the quality of your hair, we can switch them to keratin bonds.

We always customize the hair extensions based on your natural hair. If your hair is thin, applying two full heads isn’t possible. The amount of hair will be determined after a free consultation, depending on the condition of your hair. For thin hair, we typically use around 80-120 grams, but the exact amount will be tailored to your needs.

One of our advantages is that we can perform the removal and re-application of extensions in one visit. However, please note that it will take longer. We work with two specialists: while one removes the keratin bonds, the other applies them again. The entire process takes from 5 to 8 hours, depending on the complexity of the work.

We recommend re-installing every three months. This is important because after three months the bonds can grow and put stress on your natural hair, which can cause damage as they weigh down the roots. To ensure the longevity of your hairstyle and to protect your natural hair, we recommend re-installing your keratin extensions every three months. If you choose not to follow this recommendation, any potential issues will be your responsibility and we cannot guarantee the quality of your hair.

For a short haircut, we recommend extending the hair by 15-20 centimetres more than its current length, as this is the maximum feasible length in this case. We select the hair structure to ensure that the hairstyle looks harmonious and blends well with your natural hair. If you have shoulder-length hair, we suggest using 45-50 centimetres of hair for the first keratin extension. This length is safe and allows you to adapt to the extended hair, get used to the new length, and comfortably wear the new hairstyle, without causing harm to your hair.

The acceptable number of fallen keratin bonds within the first three months is 10-12. If you lose more than this amount, please let us know. Keep the fallen strands and bring them to us for reinstallation. If the number of fallen bonds is within the normal range, simply keep them, and we will reinstall them at your next visit.
